"As I was walking towards Liverpool St , Nero coffee shop. Two staffs with big smile welcoming me. They greeted me good morning and I ordered my drink.I ordered strong almond latte it was delicious well blend hot unlike many places it was warm . When l got my coffee both of the staffs with smiles on their face wishing me a good day and enjoy my drink. I asked their name Srilekha and Jamel. Great customer services and friendly. I’ll be back ."

"I visited Cafe Nero at Liverpool St Station yesterday, I was served by a staff called Ahmed, he was very helpful, polite and friendly. As I am a regular customer he served me my drink with no problem. He knew which drink I would order before I requested the drink from him. I enjoys my honey oat latte. Thank you Ahmed."
